When I was in college I was very anxious, and it was so refreshing to be able to just talk to someone who listened without judgement and helped me find the tools I needed to feel more confident in life. Therapy was such a positive experience for me back then, and now I am happy to be able to help you also discover the skills and tools you need to meet your own goals!
