Welcome! I am so glad you are here. Taking the first step can be hard, but one that can be extraordinarily rewarding. I have extensive experience working with students with anxiety, stress, academic and career needs, learning disabilities, Autism, behavior and trauma. I have been involved with writing, and implementing IEP's and 504's, as well.

School can force you into learning things about yourself you never knew. It can be a great thing, but it can also cause stress, and force you to self-reflect in a way that we often times may want to avoid. My hope is to come alongside of you to create a life of resilience despite any adversity you may encounter.

I am in network in NC with Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna. For out of network benefits, I can provide a superbill to assist with reimbursement and I also partner with a company to assist you with submitting claims, if you wish to utilize them.
