Life does not come with an instruction manual (I know, it’s the worst!). But that doesn’t mean you have to give up hope. Sometimes a safe space and a listening ear is all you need to create your own manual. You are unique and so are your challenges. I am here to provide a compassionate, authentic, playful, non-judgmental, safe space and empower you to join me in working through those challenges. I believe that therapy should be all-embracing, genuine and rooted in the therapeutic relationship.
I specialize in working with pre-teens, teens, and young adults. I have experience working in a variety of settings including; intensive in-home, school and outpatient. I also have experience with a wide array of emotional and behavioral concerns. I am passionate about working with marginalized, neurodivergent, complex and diverse populations.
I believe you are the expert on your own lived experiences, but everyone needs a little guidance sometimes. We were not meant to walk through life alone. So come and join me. No one belongs here more than you!
