Accepting clients Last Updated 14 days ago

I am a Behavioral Health Consultant with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, providing supportive, client-centered care to adolescents, young adults and adults. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while building practical skills for everyday life. I have experience working in school-based, private practice settings, supporting students and families with concerns such as anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, academic pressure, and life transitions. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when challenges begin to impact daily functioning, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them regain a sense of control and stability. My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and strengths-based. I incorporate evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral strategies, psychoeducation, and skill-building, while also recognizing the importance of each client's unique background and goals. I aim to help clients not only manage immediate concerns but also develop long-term coping strategies and resilience. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk to, l am here to support you in moving forward at your own pace.
