Do you want to feel better your body and need to heal your relationship with food? Are you struggling with worry/anxiety or have a history of trauma that gets in the way? Do you want to make changes in your life but feel stuck or unsure how? Through the process of counseling, I can help you explore how to make your life more rich and meaningful based on your own unique values, desires, and needs.

With 16 years of experience specializing in treating eating disorders, disordered eating, anxiety, and trauma, I'm here to help you develop resilience throughout your recovery process, to strengthen your sense of self, to improve your perceptions about your body, and to better manage your worries and impacts of past trauma and painful experiences.

The process of beginning counseling can be scary, and it's courageous that you're taking the first steps! If you'd like to talk further about beginning counseling with me, you can schedule a consultation by clicking on my website. You can also send me an email with days and times that work for a 15 minute consultation. I offer in-person and virtual/teletherapy services.
