Welcome! I am here to provide the safe, non-judgmental, and empowering therapeutic space you deserve. I have supported diverse clients navigating anxiety, depression, sexuality, and life transitions in a variety of settings. Utilizing a trusting relationship, I'll help you build the life you want regardless of any challenges you might encounter. I love to help adults find joy in each day and make meaning out of their own experiences, including how they understand themselves, their relationships, and the world around them.

My approach is grounded in client strengths and recognizes the impact of systems on overall wellbeing. In sessions, I use holistic approaches that center your stories and goals for the future. Grounded in trauma-informed approaches, I also use mindfulness and parts work to bring your nervous systems into the healing process.

My empathetic and compassionate care allows clients to better manage and address the root causes of what brings them to therapy. I am LGBTA+ Affirming provider. Outside the office, I'm reading in the sun or by the sea. Beginning therapy can be intimidating, so please contact me with any questions or to schedule a call.
