Bri Wilmor
I work with young adults who are ready to have honest conversations about how they’re really doing. I am particularly passionate about supporting young adults who are developing their identities, facing life transitions, adjusting to adulthood, and experiencing issues like anxiety and depression. I believe relationships have the power to heal some of our deepest wounds, which is why I work primarily from a relational psychodynamic theoretical orientation. Therapy is an intentional space to check in with yourself and let yourself be seen. If you’re looking for a place where you no longer have to smile through your suffering, a place to let your guard down when you're tired of being strong, or if you're ready for a place to process how all the complicated parts of your story have shaped you, perhaps therapy is the right place. It takes courage to tolerate the discomfort that is often a necessary part of growth. In my experience, this is courage well placed. I hope that together we can create a welcoming space that honors your story, builds trust, and invites exploration of all the complexity that makes you the person you are.
