Life changes happen to all of us. Sometimes they happen all at once and sometimes they happen over a long period of time. Maybe you've found yourself struggling to adjust to a major life change or maybe you've realized that it's time to talk about issues that have been building over many years. Whatever the case, I believe that now is the just the right time to begin the process of healing, building connection, and living more wholeheartedly.
I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can feel free to explore your feelings, take risks, and engage in the hard work it takes to create lasting positive changes. I provide individual counseling to people of all ages, but specialize in working with teenagers and young adults.
Taking the first step to create lasting changes can be a very difficult decision. It is an enormous privilege for me to witness the courage of each of my clients as they embark on their own journeys toward more connection, healing, and wholehearted living.
