I support clients wanting to change persistent beliefs of not being good enough, heal from their past, and build more connection, joy, and fulfillment in life. Many of my clients want to understand patterns they feel stuck in, confidently manage negative thoughts and feelings, develop a kinder relationship with themselves, and feel more at ease in life.

My approach blends cognitive-behavioral based therapies, mindfulness-based therapies, and EMDR. These focus on building self-awareness, developing strategies to respond to thoughts and emotions, addressing unhelpful patterns, processing impactful past experiences, fostering self-compassion, unlearning self-limiting beliefs, and aligning actions with values.

A compassionate therapeutic relationship is the foundation of my practice. I offer a client-centered and collaborative space that encourages curiosity and non-judgmental challenging. Together, we’ll address barriers and underlying factors contributing to your current concerns, and build tools and insight to help you confidently navigate life moving forward.
