Life can present us with challenges that may feel overwhelming, and I believe seeking therapy is an act of strength. My approach to therapy is rooted in DBT, a research-based and holistic treatment empowering clients to manage emotions, build resilience, and build healthier relationships. Having worked with various personality and mood disorders, I have an understanding of how difficult it can be to navigate these diagnoses on your own.
