Psychologist, Ph.D., LCP

I’ve worked in university counseling centers for over seven years. I specialize in working with Black students and LGBTQ+ students navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, identity exploration, and life transitions.

You may also be looking for a space where you don’t have to explain your identity or filter your experiences to be understood. You might be feeling overwhelmed, questioning your sense of direction, or carrying pressure from family, cultural expectations, or your environment.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you make sense of what you’re going through, reconnect with your strengths, and find ways to cope that actually work for your life.
