Have you been feeling overworked, under loved, or underappreciated? Do you have excessive worry? Do you doubt yourself? Do you find that every time you try to talk things out with someone you care about you just can't find the right words to say? Trust me, you are not alone. Everyone needs a safe place where they can process a problem or work through a difficult life transition. Whether you are dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, wounds from your past, or relationships issues, I want to partner with your path to healing.

I strive to help clients understand how their emotions work and how emotions impact their relationship with self and others by use of CBT and DBT. My goal is to help clients narrow down and name the issues that they are struggling to work through. I believe that once we are able to name a problem, we can efficiently work to solve a problem.

It is my goal to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients feel supported. I welcome you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call to ask any questions you may have to see if working with me will be the right fit for you. Please email to schedule, as I am unable to answer calls during session times.
