I take a person-centered approach to therapy, meaning I focus on creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and understood. While this foundation guides my work, I also draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities - such as CBT, motivational enhancement, and trauma informed care - tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs and goals.

I believe most mental health struggles stem from underlying issues we may not even be aware of. We all carry wounds in some form. My goal is not just to address symptoms but to help you uncover the root causes of your challenges. Together, we'll work to understand these deeper issues and create lasting growth and healing.
