Do you struggle with feelings of depression or anxiety? Do you and your partner have conflict, struggle with communication, or lack emotional connection/intimacy together? Are there challenges with your adolescent? I offer individual, couples, and family therapy. I bring experience working with parenting challenges, family conflict, and couples issues such as communication and sexuality. I treat anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and trauma. I also bring experience with challenges connected to sexual orientation, a family member coming out, same-sex relationships, and transgender individuals.

My treatment approach is client centered and builds on strengths. I view clients as experts on their lives. My process is to team with you, identify which aspects of your life you would like to resolve, and implement change. I work from several different modalities such as CBT, Solution-Focused, Narrative, Internal Family Systems, and other models.
