Finding the right support when balancing the demands of college or graduate life can make a world of difference in your well-being. If you’re managing challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or personality disorders, I’m here to provide compassionate, effective care that’s tailored to your needs. With extensive experience in treating young adults and students within the SUNY college system, I understand the unique pressures of academic life and the impact it can have on mental health.

Whether you’re new to therapy or exploring medication management, our work together starts with a thorough psychiatric evaluation. From there, we’ll clarify your diagnosis and discuss treatment options, which may include psychotherapy, medication, or a combination of both. My approach combines medication management with psychodynamic and supportive psychotherapy, emphasizing a collaborative relationship where your goals and voice are central to your treatment plan. This way, you’re actively involved in shaping your path forward.

In treatment, I balance flexibility with the highest standard of care, working to adapt our approach to your personal and academic challenges. Sessions can be held in person or through telepsychiatry—whatever best suits your schedule and comfort. Therapy can feel intimidating at first, but know that building trust and open communication is my priority. I encourage you to bring up any questions or concerns, helping you feel comfortable as we move forward together.

Finding a good provider match matters, and it’s important to have someone who listens, adapts, and genuinely respects your input. If you’re ready to start this journey or even just explore what therapy or medication could mean for you, I’m here as a supportive guide to help you take that next step.
