Brent Lyles
I specialize in serving a diverse range of individual in their mental health journey. I help individuals with complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD), those seeking support during life adjustments, individuals experiencing grief and loss, and those navigating anxiety and kfe stressors. I understand the struggles of navigating daily stressors and anxiety, and I am dedicated to helping individuals find effective coping strategies.
My therapeutic approach centers on Experiential Therapy, using the present experience for transformative change. I guide individuals in ‘re-experiencing’ moments, exploring beliefs, emotions, and bodily sensations in a safe space via Polyvagal-informed EMDR. I also integrate TB-DBT for self-acceptance, safety, and adaptive behavioral management.
I honor your courage in the journey of healing & self-advocacy. My goal is to provide a safe & transformative space to guide you in life.
