I work with individuals & couples who would like to dive deeper into understanding themselves and how they relate to others. Perhaps you're having difficulty balancing school, work, relationships, or establishing healthy boundaries. Or you might be feeling stuck in a life path that is no longer serving you, and are struggling to see a way to change your situation. You may also be succeeding in various aspects of life, but would like some guidance to help you thrive in other areas. We can work together to find ways that allow you to move through life more intentionally and show up as your authentic self.

My personal and educational experiences as a queer Asian-American woman have shaped my values as a trauma-informed and social justice-oriented clinician. I have a gentle approach that encourages empowerment and self-compassion, and we can move at a pace that is comfortable for you.

My goal is to provide you with a space where you feel safe to access difficult feelings and be unapologetically yourself. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we might be a good fit. Let's see if our connection feels natural and take it from there. I look forward to hearing from you.
