My approach to therapy is centered around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I utilized these interventions to help you work on awareness, mindfulness, acceptance, responsibility, and life skills necessary to meet your needs for unique change and development.
My current/former clients describe me as empathetic, and personable but direct. I strive to work alongside each client in their individualized therapy journey. My goal is to create a safe space where you can feel supported and work through the things that can be restricting you from having peace and happiness in your life or relationships.
