At Break Free Counseling Center, we know that college is often the first time you have the space to address long-standing patterns or question the beliefs you were raised with. We are a specialized team dedicated to the "hard-to-treat" stuff that often feels overwhelming.

What we treat best:
-OCD and anxiety, including perfectionism, panic, social anxiety, phobias
-BFRBs (skin picking, hair pulling)
-Complex & religious trauma
-LGBTQ+ affirming

If fear, trauma, or intrusive thoughts and compulsions are keeping you stuck, we're here to help you break free. Immediate openings for student referrals. We do accept select insurances and are in-network with Highmark, IBX, BCBS and Aetna.

Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
