Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists
  • Counselors
  • Drug & Alcohol Counselors
  • Marriage & Family Therapists
  • Pre-Licensed Professionals

At Brave Soul Therapy, we help students and young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Many of the people we work with are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, family conflict, or the challenges of school and work. Some are in recovery or exploring their relationship with substances, faith, or community.

We are a team of compassionate, culturally aware therapists who work online with clients across California. Our practice is especially supportive of BIPOC, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and mixed-race individuals, as well as those dealing with grief, spiritual hurt, or feeling out of place in traditional therapy spaces.

We focus on building trust, offering a safe space to explore your story, and helping you reconnect with your voice and values.
