You made a mistake this morning. It was small, but you can’t get it out of your head. You keep thinking about it. You feel like your thoughts are a runaway train and you can’t stop them. You try to consider what you could have done differently, and yet it’s in the past. But you can’t get past it. You start to question other choices you’ve made. Are you making the right call? Doubt creeps in. Your thoughts get more intense, sledgehammering their way into your brain. You find it hard to concentrate on your job, your partner, or schoolwork. Your mind hurts, your stomach hurts, body hurts. You feel stuck and exhausted. It’s only been an hour.

When you work with me, you will learn about how your body is affected by your stress and anxiety. You will learn strategies to use to manage your anxiety when interacting with others and yourself. Give me a call, let's chat.
