Balancing life’s challenges can sometimes be overwhelming. If you’re a college student looking for extra support and guidance through a difficult situation, or if you’re just ready to move in a new direction reaching out is an important first step. My holistic approach integrates effective practice methods to address the personal, social, academic, and career aspects of life in an accepting and supportive environment. I use a strengths-based approach that is direct, collaborative, and guided by compassion. I specialize in providing skillful support and guidance to college students and young adults who attend the University of Colorado and other colleges throughout the state who are struggling with anxiety, stress, self esteem, grief and loss, relationships, life transitions, neurodivergence as well as school and career related challenges. In our work together we will identify and build on your existing strengths, deepen your self-awareness and confidence, and develop concrete strategies and skills to help you effectively navigate your challenges. Through this process you will gain valuable insight and practical tools that will empower you to overcome obstacles and thrive in all aspects of your life.
