My style of being and interacting with others is a person-centered and humanistic approach. This involves non-judgmental support, exploration of experiences, and collaborating on support- navigating where you are in life and where you would like to be. This is not a linear journey, and my role is to be there for you along the way.

During our first meeting, I will ask questions about your current struggles, your past experiences, and various facets of your life. We will then collaborate on a plan of support that makes the most sense for your needs. You will be encouraged to consider ways in which the space can be valuable to what you are wanting.

Ongoing meetings often include support for, "where you are today" in conjunction with reflecting on larger needs and goals. Exploring thoughts, feelings, and asking questions about the deeper meaning to your experiences is the goal for obtaining insights about yourself.
