Lauteasha Williams
Are you feeling stuck? You want to move forward and reach your goals, but you feel confused about what steps to take next.
Maybe your thoughts are overwhelming and you feel disconnected from your authentic self. You’d like to be able to quiet your mind and begin to cultivate a sense of peace. Whether you are a college student, a couple, or family stuck in the same negative cycles or an individual struggling through high school/college with anxiety or an eating disorder -I’d like to help you.
I am passionate about working with families, couples, and individuals from diverse populations. My professional experience includes working with clients seeking treatment for a variety of issues including family conflict, marriage issues, parenting issues, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and eating disorders at any stage of life.
I firmly believe that one can become his/her/their most authentic self while also navigating the complexities and demands of family and society. Therefore, I strive to create a space where individuals can show up, be seen, and heard, and where all parts of their identity (ethnic, cultural, faith/spirituality, gender, and orientation) are welcomed.
