Blooming Leaf Counseling

Pre-Licensed Professional
Accepting clients Last Updated 26 days ago

I am a master ’s-level LMHC intern. I integrate a variety of therapy modalities into my practice, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and other evidence-based approaches, to support clients in ways that fit their individual needs. My style is grounded, collaborative, and focused on helping people feel genuinely understood. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than a decade in pastoral ministry, where I witnessed how deeply people long to be heard and valued. That experience continues to shape my work today. I listen with intention, seek to understand each person’s perspective, and help clients recognize the strengths they already carry to navigate life’s challenges.

I work with individuals, couples, and families on concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. I am especially passionate about supporting people who are grieving a wide range of life events—whether the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or the loss of a job. Grief can feel isolating and overwhelming, and I care deeply about walking alongside clients, so they don’t have to navigate that experience alone. I am committed to helping people reconnect with themselves and strengthen the relationships that matter most in their lives.

I work with clients of all backgrounds and orientations ages 10 and up.
