My first priority as a counselor is to meet my clients where they are; to be with them in their hardship and pain. I am Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate. I use an integrative approach, implementing Person-Centered, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), but will cater my approach to each client’s specific needs. In sessions we will collaborate together to find ways for you to be able to live in line with your values, even in the face of distressing thoughts, feelings, and situations.
