You’ve even tried some self-care, but it’s not hitting like it used to. Many of the clients I work with are BIPOC, queer, and/or neurodivergent adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress, relational trauma, and major life transitions while working toward a greater sense of self and safety. Together, we'll untangle the patterns that keep you stuck and help you move through life with less pressure and more ease.
