Bethany Perez
I help clients process past trauma, build their self-esteem and feel better. I love to educate my clients on coping skills and how to rewire patterns in the brain. Being in college is a unique, stressful experience that is unlike any other time of your life. I have experience working with many young people going through this season of life and am dedicated to helping my clients find their strengths and be empowered to create the best version of themselves.
I believe in empowerment, healing and support and hope to provide such to all my clients. While I specialize in trauma focused work, I also love to help build resiliency and strengthen the qualities you already have within! I have a passion for helping people to understand and cope with their emotions. I believe every person has the ability to make changes in their life to feel better; I can help support you through client-centered, strength-based, solution-focused therapy.
