Accepting clients Last Updated 1 days ago

Hello, I'm Bernadette. I am well-versed and experienced in working with a variety of populations, and my specialty focuses on adults who have experienced trauma while in foster care, as well as those going through separation and divorce, depression, anxiety, caregiver and compassion fatigue, newfound COVID stressors, grief, and loss. My clinical approach encompasses several different evidence-based therapeutic modalities and is delivered in a compassionate and meaningful way.

With extensive therapeutic experience, I have helped many individuals develop coping skills, manage stressors, and navigate through crises, leading them to a path of emotional wellness. We can focus our work together on positive change and achieving your personal milestones. I believe in tailoring a client-centered approach that specifically addresses your goals and needs, ensuring that our sessions are both effective and meaningful for you.

I am available for consultations and have immediate options available to schedule new client appointments via video. I look forward to working together to help you begin your journey toward hope.
