Bent Branch Counseling
As a counselor, I am committed to providing a safe and empathetic space for students to explore and address a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, addiction, ADHD, career choices, and relationship issues. I have experience working in a college counseling center and am familiar with the unique challenges that college students face.
My approach is integrative, drawing from various therapeutic modalities such as acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness-based techniques. By tailoring treatment plans to individual needs, I aim to empower my clients to develop coping skills, enhance self-awareness, and foster resilience in navigating academic, personal, and social stressors.
Whether you're struggling with managing emotions, navigating transitions, or facing interpersonal challenges, our sessions will focus on fostering growth, self-compassion, and meaningful connections. I'm pretty shock-proof, I've worked with clients from all walks of life, and I'm human too.
