I believe that anxiety doesn’t have to control your life or change your dreams. In therapy, I like to help clients learn healthy coping skills to decrease panic attacks and the impact of anxiety. I use mindfulness techniques (breathing skills), CBT skills, and narrative therapy to help my clients begin to understand why they struggle with anxiety.
