Welcome! I specialize in working with young adult women struggling with anxiety about academic challenges and relationship issues, be that with family, friends or romantic partners. I understand and focus on many of the unique characteristics young women face today based on cultural expectations including achievement, independence while remaining connected and embodying the feminine while competing in a male-dominated environment - and all of this while navigating the opinions of traditionalism many of your mother's have embraced versus your generation. I am also trained in narcissistic abuse recovery. Together we can explore patterns of thinking and relating that are getting in your way and develop strategies to put your mind at ease, bringing more peace and joy into your life. Reach out to schedule a free 15 min consultation to learn more. Tucker my border collie therapy dog is looking forward to meeting you!
