Hi!

My name is Becky Grace and I have over 18 years of experience dedicated to the study and practice of Psychology and Mental Health Counseling. I hold a Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I’m also pursuing a doctorate degree in counseling and trauma psychology.

I was driven to become a therapist by a profound desire to utilize my personal, educational, and professional experiences to help people navigate the complexities of their emotional and personal experiences. The opportunity to facilitate and witness healing and growth in others is a powerful motivator for me. Furthermore, the continuous process of learning from diverse experiences and adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual adds a dynamic and enriching dimension to the role of a therapist. Overall, the ability to contribute positively to someone’s mental and emotional well-being is an honor and privilege and makes being a therapist a deeply meaningful and gratifying profession.

As a therapist, my role is to help you navigate your challenges and facilitate personal growth. In doing so, I’ll strive to provide an empathetic, non-judgmental space for you to freely and unapologetically share your emotions and be your authentic self. humans are incredibly resilient. No matter how challenging the circumstances, people have the capacity to grow, heal, and overcome obstacles.
