Rebecca Gordon MD
I work with college and graduate students needing help with executive function and possible ADHD related concerns. Executive function skills help us navigate life and get things done. People use these skills to perform activities such as planning, organizing, prioritizing, paying attention to details, managing time, sustaining attention and focus, self regulate and build awareness of how they function and interact in the world. A person challenged by their executive functions can experience difficulty and stress in school, at work, in social settings and relationships and at home.
If you would like to learn more about this and/or get support/assistance feel free to contact me! I would like to help!
