Accepting clients Last Updated 2 days ago

I grew up in a Chinese/Fujianese immigrant family and deeply understand the impact of generational trauma and cultural identity struggles that first generation individuals may experience. I am the first person in my family to have attended college and go on to get a master's degree in social work. Throughout my 7 years in the field, I have worked with a wide range of individuals dealing with conflicts in the areas of work, relationship, friendship, family, and self-esteem.

I offer a compassionate, strengths-based approach that meets you where you are. Together, we will build trust and explore your unique story, helping you process difficult emotions and develop practical skills to manage stress and move forward with hope and resilience.
