Pre-Licensed Professional
Accepting clients Last Updated 6 days ago

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and eating disorders or body image concerns, as well as couples seeking to resolve conflict and foster deeper connection. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or their relationships, and I strive to show up as a warm, grounding, and compassionate presence in the therapy space.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s needs. Therapy with me is both reflective and practical — a space to explore patterns, build coping skills, and strengthen confidence and emotional resilience at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

I am especially passionate about helping people cultivate self-compassion, autonomy, and meaningful connection. I believe healing happens when clients feel truly seen and supported, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside individuals and couples as they work toward greater balance, clarity, and improved quality of life.

I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and provide therapy to clients throughout California.
