Be Well Therapy
It's midnight and your up feeling anxious about that upcoming exam. You can't focus because you are trying to deal with that knot in your stomach called stress from a recent break up. You know you're capable of doing more, but right now your feeling unmotivated and are spending more time overthinking than living and enjoying your life.
So I am here to tell you; Enough is Enough. It’s time to reclaim your life!
I am a Licensed Clinician specializing in women’s mental health. I help young adults and college students with managing aspects of their, personal, professional, and family lives. I strive to help women who feel that they have to do everything and be everything for everyone; recognize that what they need and want matters too.
My work also includes providing therapy to women who are having a difficult time adjusting after a breakup or divorce. I help empower women to regain self-esteem, set boundaries, and recognize their self-worth.
I believe that my role as your therapist is to provide you with a safe, supportive and collaborative environment. Through therapy, I will support and empower you to make wanted changes in your life. My approach is integrative, collaborative, and tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.
Whether you are dealing with a temporary problem or want to engage longer term to work on more challenging issues, I can help. I absolutely love what I do, and am truly passionate about women’s mental health. I believe every woman has the potential for satisfaction and fulfillment in life, and I would be honored to walk alongside you in this new journey.
