Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LICSW

*While I am not in-network with the Dartmouth Student Health Plan, I can bill the plan directly. Students are then only responsible for their co-pay.
At Bay Leaf Therapy, I support individual adults in managing daily stress, emotional struggles, and life transitions. I also create a comfortable and safe place for clients to process unresolved past traumas and deepen and expand their capacity to skillfully navigate issues like identity, values, sexuality, and relationships.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, who has worked in a variety of mental health and substance abuse treatment settings.
I have extensive experience working with adults with ADHD, helping them understand and embrace their unique brain and develop effective strategies for mastery and well-being. My sessions are infused with curiosity, warmth, humor, and compassion to ensure you feel safe, supported, and empowered.
