There comes a time when we need some help from a professional to help cope with many of life’s challenges. I’m a Licenced Therapist in North Carolina, and I'd love to help you on your journey toward recovery, healing and self-discovery.
It is a great honor to work in a private practice setting allowing me to offer my services to meet the needs of those that I serve. Having experienced what life has thrown at me along with my education I feel confident that recovery is possible. Recovery relates to both addiction and mental health.
I provide individuals in North Carolina with Mental Health and Substance Abuse battles with a range of therapeutic services. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change.
