Barb utilizes empathic listening, psycho-education, and grounding and mindfulness strategies.
Each session is tailored to who you are as an individual and focused on your needs and goals for therapy: For treating trauma, stress, and anxiety disorders, Barb utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and/or sand play or play therapy.
