As a therapist, I provide a safe and affirming space for individuals to explore their identities, heal from trauma, and build resilience. Throughout my career, I have worked with immigrants, refugees, Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and LGBTQ+ community. I value the culture, identity, and lived experiences of the individuals that I work with. By understanding the unique challenges faced by these communities, I tailor my approaches to meet the specific needs of each client.

I have an integrated approach to therapy. I enjoy integrating creativity and artistic expression in the therapeutic process. My practice has focused on trauma-informed care, liberation, and cultural competence. I recognize the importance of understanding and respecting the cultural backgrounds and experiences of my clients. I encourage clients to express their needs, set goals, and take charge of their healing journey to foster empowerment.
