Therapy can be beneficial and instrumental if you are looking for change in your life. We all have the ability to make positive changes to improve our lives. With years of experience working with adolescents, and adults, I am available to support you with daily struggles and achieving life goals.

Specializing in issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and acculturation, I have much experience working in the school system and have a strong background in crisis intervention. I also speak Portuguese fluently. Young adults often express finding it easy to connect with me, and say that "she gets me."

My practice is solution focused and tailored to each individual. I want you to leave feeling like you've gained something from our meeting. Clients appreciate my emphatic, enthusiastic, and direct nature. I am able to provide a combination of support and challenge in order to make change happen. I look forward to hearing from you!
