Hi, I’m Barbara — a bilingual licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Supportive Reflections, LLC, where I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions with compassion and clarity.
At Supportive Reflections, my goal is to create a therapeutic space that’s warm, client-led, and empowering. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and person-centered techniques to help you explore your story, gain insight, and move forward with purpose.
My background in hospice care gives me a deep appreciation for the complexity of grief, caregiving, and personal transformation. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
I currently provide virtual therapy to individuals throughout Florida. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing and self-discovery, I’d be honored to walk alongside you at Supportive Reflections.
