Hello and welcome. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. I have extensive training in trauma and support adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns.

I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood.
