Hello! We are a group of therapists passionate about partnering with you to creating lasting change in your life. We practice from a mind, body and spirit approach meaning we look at the whole self to work towards healing. All our therapists are Brainspotting trained and a few have other specialties including EMDR trained, Guided Drawing, Addiction, Grief and Loss, Chronic pain/illness, developmental or complex trauma and more.
