I specialize in treating clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness techniques to treat my clients. Clients will develop the ability to think healthier, and build lasting relationships, while successfully coping with life’s challenges.
