Balanced Living Therapy

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW

I specialize in supporting college students navigating anxiety, depression, stress, academic pressure, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you’re adjusting to college life, feeling overwhelmed, struggling with burnout, or trying to balance school, work, and personal responsibilities, therapy can provide a space to reset and regain confidence.

I use a person-centered approach and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) interventions to help students better understand their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we’ll work on building emotional resilience, improving self-esteem, strengthening relationships, and developing healthy coping skills for the challenges that come with college and young adulthood.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard and understood. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all — your treatment will be tailored to your unique goals and needs. Together, we’ll create a plan that helps you tap into your strengths, manage stress more effectively, and feel more confident navigating life’s transitions.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it can also be one of the most empowering investments you make in yourself. I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and balance. Contact me for a free consultation — I’d be happy to answer any questions and see if we’re a good fit.
