I enjoy working with young adults/adults who are struggling with anxiety/panic attacks, depression, relationships, life transitions, grief & loss, and substance abuse: individual or family members of ones struggling. Together, we'll explore your past & present to help gain insight and learn to challenge your way of thinking, work through specific life struggles or transitions.
