Sara Hickey is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders. She brings extensive experience delivering evidence-based treatment across a variety of outpatient settings. She has developed a particular passion for working with young adults, supporting them as they navigate significant life transitions and self esteem challenges. Sara also specializes in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, with a strong focus on understanding how trauma affects both the mind and body. Many of Sara's clients struggle with excessive worry and have diffculty managing stress.
