Melanie Fortin
Attending college, moving away from family, pets, and friends, changing majors, meeting new people, professors, and friends, etc. Life as a student isn't always easy. Having experienced numerous different losses and having been through a variety of challenging life transitions, I can relate to the ups and downs, feeling lost and confused, and needing to talk to sort things out. I can help you with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, or couple and/or relationship issues.
I believe that we are influenced by but not limited to, our past, the significant people in our lives, our place of study/workplace, and our communities. I use an integrative approach, focus on your strengths, and listen attentively as we work as a team.
Whether you are more comfortable with teletherapy or in-office appointments, I will provide you with a safe place to discuss what matters to you, and the support you need to achieve the life balance that you desire. I invite you to contact me to see if I am the right fit for you to meet your goals.
