B James Grace MA, LPC, LMHC
I work especially well with students who may seem like they’re doing fine on the outside but are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or stuck underneath it all. You may be struggling with family or relationship dynamics, questioning yourself, having difficulty setting boundaries, or trying to manage the pressure of school, work, and becoming more independent.
I also enjoy working with students navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, depression, major life changes, substance use concerns, or difficult family experiences. My style is warm, calm, and straightforward. We’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck, build healthier coping skills and boundaries, and help you feel more confident in yourself and the choices you’re making.
